Job summary

DPD Group is seeking a Fleet Ambassador on a fixed term contract in Norwich. The role focuses on safeguarding fleet safety, legality and appearance while keeping operations running smoothly.

You will perform tech-first inspections, support defect reporting and coordinate quick resolutions with the Transport Team. Expect to monitor van compliance, support stock management for parts, and maintain brand standards across uniforms and vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Tech-first inspections using the vehicle app to monitor fleet condition.
• Ensure all 3.5T vans meet weight limits and remove non-compliant vehicles (VOR).
• Help drivers report defects and coordinate swift fixes.
• Manage depot safety, traffic flow and equipment like fuel pumps and jump packs.
• Ensure drivers wear the DPD uniform and vans are clean and presentable.
