Job summary

DPD Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Fleet Ambassador on a fixed term contract until 15 January 2027. The role is 40 hours per week with early morning shifts, focusing on safety, compliance and vehicle condition.

You’ll work hands-on with the depot team, using a vehicle app to inspect 3.5T vans, coordinate repairs, manage stock for fleet essentials, and ensure drivers look the part in the DPD uniform while keeping operations moving smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Tech-First Inspections: Use vehicle app to track fleet condition.
• The Safety Pro: Ensure 3.5T vans meet weight limits and flag non-compliant vehicles (VOR).
• Problem Solver: Help drivers report defects and ensure timely fixes.
• Site Management: Keep depot operations safe and flowing, manage fuel pumps and jump packs.
• Brand Boss: Ensure drivers wear DPD uniforms and vans shine.
