Job summary

Go-Ahead London is seeking a Fleet Reliability Manager to lead the reliability program for our London bus fleet, based in Merton. You will analyse performance data, drive improvement, and work closely with maintenance teams to optimise fleet dependability.

In this frontline role, you will ensure safety standards, manage audits, and develop action plans with suppliers to reduce downtime, while supporting training and development within the fleet maintenance group.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership abilities with teams.
• Excellent communication with maintenance staff and stakeholders.
