Airbus Brize Norton is seeking a reliability/maintenance engineer to monitor A400M fleet health, analyze data, and drive improvements. The role partners with UK MoD and RAF stakeholders to maximise aircraft availability.
We value strong analytical thinking, experience with A400M or similar platforms, and knowledge of Part-M/MAA regulations. The position requires security clearance eligibility and will work with international teams in a highly technical environment.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must have or be able to obtain security clearance eligibility to access UK Ministry of Defence establishments, working within ITAR and Export Control restrictions

Our contract at Brize Norton with the MOD states we will provide a continuous service to cover 24 hours, 7 days a week and 365 days a year to the Royal Air Force, to maintain and ensure airworthiness of their fleet of aircraft.
You will act as the analytical backbone of our A400M maintenance and engineering operations. By monitoring the fleet's technical health, analysing complex system data, and identifying defect trends, you will drive continuous improvement in the A400M aircraft maintenance program.
You will work closely with technicians, the A400M engineering enterprise, and our customer (the RAF) to maximise aircraft availability and reduce operational downtime.
