Job summary

Eurostar in London or Brussels seeks a Fleet Performance Manager to drive the technical performance of four high-speed fleets. You will analyse failures, identify trends and lead the performance action plan with Engineering, Operations and partners such as Siemens to boost reliability and punctuality for passengers.

Based in London or Brussels, the role requires strong rolling stock knowledge, fluency in English and French, and experience in cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of rolling stock and maintenance.
• Fluent English and French; Dutch is a bonus.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce weekly, monthly and annual performance reports for the four fleets.
• Lead first-level technical analysis to identify trends and failures.
• Define and implement the performance action plan across fleets.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations and Siemens.
