Job summary

A leading motor finance company in Milton Keynes is seeking a Fleet Operations Executive for a fixed-term contract. This role requires completing administrative tasks related to business and individual customers' vehicle fleets. Responsibilities include monitoring departmental emails, handling customer enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with billing and collections. The position offers a competitive salary and various benefits, with at least three days required in the office during the first six months.

Qualifications

  • Previous collections experience preferred.
  • Understanding of discretion/professionalism in financial matters.
  • Confidence in decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor departmental emails and ensure timely responses.
  • Handle customer enquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate fleet operational records.
  • Process invoices and assist with payment arrangements.
  • Assist with the collection of vehicles and end-of-contract billing.
