Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance or fleet administration.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and ongoing management of fleet, multi-vehicle and commercial motor insurance clients.
• Handle day-to-day client and insurer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Process policy amendments, mid-term adjustments and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records within CRM and policy administration systems, ensuring renewal dates and deadlines are effectively managed.
• Work collaboratively with underwriters, insurers and colleagues to resolve policy and cover queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers and key stakeholders.
• Deliver proactive customer service through regular client communication and account reviews.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell a range of commercial insurance products and services.
• Keep up to date with industry developments, market trends and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all work complies with internal procedures and FCA regulatory standards.
