Zusammenfassung
Air Liquide UK is seeking an experienced Fleet Engineer to provide technical engineering support across Air Liquide UK and Energas transport operations. You will ensure fleet assets are maintained, operated and developed in line with legal requirements and company standards, acting as the main technical interface between fleet operations, workshops, and transport management.

Qualifikationen
- 5+ years hands-on experience in HGV fleet engineering and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of UK fleet legislation and inspection regimes.
- Full UK driving licence (category B) and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Aufgaben
- Monitor fleet reliability, availability and maintenance performance.
- Ensure vehicles, trailers and equipment remain compliant with legal and company requirements.
- Review maintenance records, MOT performance and defect rectification standards.
- Provide technical support for tractors, rigs, trailers and cryogenic equipment.
- Develop and maintain engineering procedures and maintenance policies.
- Investigate failures, root causes and preventative actions.
- Produce technical reports and business cases; support regulatory investigations.
