About the role

As a Fleet Disposal Manager, you will be responsible for managing the disposal of plant, equipment, and vehicles across all divisions. You will act as the central point of contact for asset disposal (including auctions), damage & loss, refurbishments, and internal asset reporting. You will take full management responsibility for the Asset Disposal and Damage & Loss Teams, determining the best routes for asset disposal and ensuring that damage and loss claims are processed accurately and timely.

About You

Applicants should have:

  • Experience managing a fleet disposals team/function
  • Excellent people skills and approach
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships and meet KPIs
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of plant/equipment lifecycle and valuation
