Ingram Barge Company, the leading carrier on America's inland waterways, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team as a Fleet Dispatcher in the Reserve, LA office. This position is responsible for safely and efficiently designing and expediting tows, coordinating the movement of barges in the fleet. Successful Dispatchers are detail oriented and have strong organizational, logistical, and analytical skills. They can evaluate situations, make decisions quickly and move on to the next item on the agenda. The ideal candidate works well across teams, is willing to learn and grow, and exercises good judgment.
