Job summary

United Offshore Support GmbH (UOS) invites applications for the General Manager Fleet to lead the safe and efficient operation of our offshore vessel fleet from Aberdeen or Leer, with a hybrid work arrangement. You will drive performance, safety culture and financial results across the fleet.

This senior role requires extensive offshore fleet management experience, strategic leadership, and strong collaboration with chartering and technical teams to optimise uptime and revenue.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marine Engineering or Nautical discipline or MBA advantageous.
• Extensive senior seagoing and shore-based fleet management experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, compliant and efficient fleet operations.
• Maximise vessel performance and revenue within charter terms.
• Lead Technical Superintendents and coordinate with departments.
• Develop and manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets with forecasting.
• Represent the company with clients, suppliers and regulators.
