THE OPPORTUNITY

The Fleet Coordinator oversees all activities related to Zenobē's vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance, proper validation, and effective management. This role requires a strong understanding of fleet operations, organizational skills, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities include inspection, registration, maintenance, repairs, access control, and availability planning of the fleet, serving as the primary contact for fleet operations to ensure roadworthiness.

A TASTE OF THE DAY-TO-DAY

  • Assist with fleet requests such as rentals, substitutions, and reallocations within Zenobē’s CMS.
  • Coordinate scheduling of MOTs, services, and repairs to ensure vehicle readiness.
  • Manage breakdowns and arrange replacements to minimize disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with UK road safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and supplier payments.
  • Respond to inquiries via the fleet mailbox professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle records and asset register.
  • Collaborate with operators to address operational needs and challenges.
  • Manage maintenance partnerships, insurance claims, fines, and inspections.
  • Perform other duties supporting fleet operations.
