Job summary

Omega is seeking a Fleet Compliance Lead on a 9-month fixed-term contract to own compliance activity, investigate non-conformances and work closely with operational and account teams to drive best practice across the fleet operation.

The ideal candidate will hold a CPC qualification, have solid experience in fleet, transport or vehicle compliance, and be adept at analysing data, delivering insightful reports and communicating with key stakeholders to ensure regulatory obligations are met.

Qualifications

  • CPC qualification required.
  • Experience in fleet, transport or vehicle compliance.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Lead fleet compliance activities across a multi-client operation.
  • Monitor and analyse compliance-related data; identify trends and risks.
  • Investigate non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
  • Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to meet customer requirements and regulatory obligations.
  • Drive continuous improvement with operational and compliance teams.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and reporting documentation.
  • Provide guidance on fleet legislation and operator licence requirements.
  • Produce regular compliance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement compliance processes, controls and procedures.
