Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service is seeking an experienced Fleet and Engineering Manager to join the Fleet and Procurement team, overseeing fleet and maintenance services to ensure safety, compliance and reliability across vehicles and assets.
You will lead and develop Vehicle Maintenance Teams, Fleet Administration and related operations, manage budgets and strategic plans, and drive improvements in fleet performance to support emergency response across Devon and Somerset.
Location: Flexible – can be based in any of the following locations:
Contract: Permanent, full time – 37 hours per week.
Salary: Grade 9 - starting at £55,224and rising annually to £59,311
