Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Group Fleet department in Droitwich.

We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Account Coordinator to play a key role in our Corporate Fleet business. The successful candidate will support the LBDM Sales team, Corporate Customers, and Leasing companies.

The working hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

We offer an excellent basic salary with an OTE up to £34,000 plus benefits.

The Role:
  • Managing the order process with LBDM’s, Leasing Companies, and Corporate Customers.
  • Handling customer queries.
  • Updating various ordering systems regularly.
  • Producing quotations for customers.
  • Liaising with current customers and providing weekly updates on their orders.

Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills are essential for this position. Knowledge of a Fleet and Leasing environment is preferred but enthusiasm and determination to succeed are more important than previous fleet experience.

The ideal candidate will have a confident and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with people at all levels both internally and externally. You should enjoy organizing and meeting deadlines and targets.
