Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Project Manager / Site Manager for flat roofing projects across the North West corridor, including local authorities and commercial sites. You will manage projects from tender through to completion, write health and safety documentation, coordinate site teams and liaise with clients to provide progress reports while maintaining cost and deadlines.

The role requires a proven track record in flat roofing, CSCS and SMSTS, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in site or project management in flat roofing.
• Experience in new build and refurbishment flat roofing systems.
• Full UK driving licence; CSCS card and SMSTS.

Responsibilities

• Promote high quality flat roofing services; cold applied liquid, built up felt, hot melt, green roofs, solar, and single ply.
• Manage all aspects of the project from tender through to completion.
• Write health and safety documents for each site.
• Monitor site activity; organise site workers and carry out risk assessments.
• Liaise with clients and provide project reports; attend pre-contract and progress meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation.
• Oversee a single contract at a time.
