Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Flagship In-Store Visual Merchandiser to own the day-to-day visual expression of our London flagship, collaborating with the Store Manager and Head of Visual Merchandising to uphold brand standards from opening to close.

The role blends hands-on VM execution with in-store team leadership, translating regional/global VM direction into a brand-true environment while training the wider team to share responsibility for standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years visual merchandising experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative, brand-aligned display concepts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-opening window and store checks, ensuring impeccable standards.
• Check VM standards across product categories and refresh displays as needed.
• Plan larger VM moves and execute smaller updates during trading hours.
