Greens Retail in Glasgow is seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead the launch of our newest Greens location. You will build and guide a high-performing team, establish store culture, and drive expert customer service from day one.

This is a ground-up leadership role with accountability for operations, profitability, and brand standards. You will oversee daily store management, budgets, inventory, and merchandising, ensuring exceptional service and a first-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment is essential.
• Strong understanding of retail metrics, P&L, and effective inventory management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with staff and customers alike.
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive store culture.
• Oversee all day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
