Job Description:

A Flagship Store Manager for a luxury home décor brand must bridge high-end retail and professional trade, delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales. The leader should embody the brand’s aesthetic and lead strategically and operationally.

• Luxury Retail Expertise (B2C): Deliver an immersive boutique experience, greet clients, oversee product presentation, lead omnichannel outreach, develop trade partnerships, host showroom events, and grow trade sales.
• Clienteling & Relationship Building: Use CRM tools, lead outreach campaigns, handle service issues to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Aesthetic & Product Sensibility: Maintain visual merchandising standards, advise clients with design knowledge, collaborate on showroom layouts.
• Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage and mentor staff, provide training, ensure team stability, handle scheduling and personnel issues.
• Commercial Acumen: Track sales and KPIs, monitor inventory, generate sales reports.
• Operational & Visual Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, maintain visual standards, manage logistics.
• Event Management & Brand Representation: Plan store events, represent the brand at external events, engage with local venues, support digital integration, collaborate with marketing teams, and handle VIP clients with professionalism.
