The Role: Skincare Specialist

As a brand representative, you will maintain a professional appearance and provide positive interactions with customers and colleagues. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and retail excellence by leveraging your skincare expertise and operational skills.

1. Perform advanced skincare techniques including skin analysis, face massage, and application, confidently catering to diverse customer needs with a thorough understanding of our products and ingredients.
2. Conduct personalized appointments using Match2Me, building relationships and creating a memorable customer journey.
3. Deliver masterclasses on skincare trends, practices, and applications.
4. Actively seek sales opportunities on the shop floor, during appointments, and through masterclasses.
5. Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and upselling products.
6. Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing skincare section that meets health and safety standards.
7. Create attractive displays to highlight products and promotions.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve retail goals, sharing your expertise in makeup and skincare.
9. Work with education and training teams to provide top skincare advice and conduct coaching sessions.
10. Participate in training on new product rollouts and identify skill gaps for team development.
11. Adhere to company policies and uphold punctuality, reliability, and embody Trinny London’s values.
