The Role: Skincare Specialist

As a brand representative, you will maintain a professional appearance and provide positive, approachable interactions with customers and colleagues. Your role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and retail excellence by leveraging expert skincare product knowledge and your experience handling smooth operations.

  1. Have advanced techniques, including skin analysis, face massage, and skincare application, with the confidence to cater to diverse customer needs. Have a comprehensive understanding of our skincare products, ingredients, and their effects on different skin types.
  2. Conduct personalized appointments utilizing Match2Me, building relationships, and bringing the Trinny London journey to life by proactively addressing customer requirements and engaging with them throughout their experience.
  3. Deliver masterclasses demonstrating skincare trends, practices, and applications.
  4. Seek sales opportunities by engaging with customers on the shop floor, during appointments, and at masterclasses.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling makeup and skincare products through cross-selling and upselling, both individually and with your team.
  6. Ensure the skincare section is well-organized, clean, visually appealing, and sanitized to meet health and safety standards.
  7. Implement and maintain attractive displays to highlight featured products and promotions.
  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve retail goals, support colleagues, and share your expertise in makeup.
  9. Work with the education and training team to continually offer top skincare advice and services to customers and team members.
  10. Conduct coaching sessions on skincare, ingredients, benefits, concern analysis, and routine building, in line with training.
  11. Participate in training for new skincare product rollouts.
  12. Identify skill gaps and communicate with the training team and management to support team development.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
  14. Maintain punctuality, reliability, and embody Trinny London’s values.
