Fixed Wire Testers are needed for mobile roles for our client, a large electrical compliance company.
The role includes a van, PDA, fuel card, and full kit supplied by our client. The basic salary is £36,000, with a good bonus scheme. The OTE is at least £42,000, and these are permanent positions.
Overtime is available. Benefits include pension, paid holidays, test equipment, van (fuel card and personal use), phone, laptop, uniform, PPE, paid hotels, evening meals, and breakfast.
Bonus scheme: Weekday KPI target of 45 circuits per day / 225 per week (both to be achieved). Bonus of £2.80 per circuit after KPI is hit. Weekend circuit rate is £3.50 per circuit.
The work involves tasks within various commercial, industrial, and hospital environments.
Candidates must meet the following criteria: 17th or 18th Edition, C&G Electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent), and a testing qualification such as 2391/4/5 with experience in testing and inspection.
Candidates should be willing to work away from home when needed and to undertake some weekend and night work (with good rates and allowances).
Candidates must pass a Disclosure Check and have the correct right to work documents, such as a passport.
