Job summary

FRONTrunner Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Fixed Wire Electrical Tester to service commercial sites across the Bristol, Bath and Swindon region. You will perform fixed wire tests, with potential PAT and emergency lighting tasks if you have the experience, in offices and supermarkets.

Applicants should hold 18th Edition, a 2391 testing certificate (or equivalent) and ideally AM2/NVQ Level 3. A DBS check is required, and a strong focus on customer service on site is essential.

Qualifications

• 18th edition electrical regulations required.
• 2391 testing certificate or equivalent required.
• AM2 certificate or NVQ Level 3 equivalent beneficial.
• Excellent customer service skills on site.

Responsibilities

• Perform fixed wire electrical testing in commercial properties.
• Carry out PAT testing and emergency lighting tests if experienced.
• Cover Bristol, Bath and Swindon area.
• Work in offices, commercial buildings and supermarkets.

They are NICEIC, CHAS, Safe Contractor and BAFE compliant and take their service very seriously to make sure their clients always come back in the future.

• 38-43k basic salary

You will be:

• Doing fixed wire electrical circuit testing in commercial properties
• Also doing some PAT testing and emergency lighting tests if you have the experience
• Covering around the Bristol, Bath Swindon area
• Working in offices, commercial buildings and supermarkets

Skills / experience needed as a Fixed Wire Electrical Tester

• Living anywhere in or around the Bristol, Bath or Swindon area would be ideal
• 18th edition needed as well as your electrical 2391 testing certificate or equivalent
• Having your AM2 certificate or NVQ Level 3 equivalent would be very beneficial
• Great customer services skills for when you are on site
• Be able to pass a DBS check
