Job summary

FRONTrunner Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Fixed Wire Electrical Tester to cover commercial properties across Bristol, Bath and Swindon. You will perform fixed wire testing, PAT testing and emergency lighting checks where qualified, working on-site in offices, supermarkets and other commercial establishments.

Ideal candidates will hold 18th edition, 2391 testing certificate, and AM2 or NVQ Level 3; DBS clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Based in or around Bristol, Bath or Swindon area.
• 18th edition wiring regulations
• 2391 testing certificate or equivalent
• AM2 certificate or NVQ Level 3 preferred
• Pass DBS check and be able to work on site

Responsibilities

• Perform fixed wire electrical testing in commercial properties.
• Conduct PAT testing and emergency lighting tests if qualified.
• Cover the Bristol, Bath, Swindon area.
• Work in offices, commercial buildings and supermarkets.

They are recruiting for a fixed wire electrical tester you will be:-

• Doing fixed wire electrical circuit testing in commercial properties
• Also doing some PAT testing and emergency lighting tests if you have the experience
• Covering around the Bristol, Bath Swindon area
• Working in offices, commercial buildings and supermarkets

Skills / experience needed as a Fixed Wire Electrical Tester :-

• Living anywhere in or around the Bristol, Bath or Swindon area would be ideal
• 18th edition needed as well as your electrical 2391 testing certificate or equivalent
• Having your AM2 certificate or NVQ Level 3 equivalent would be very beneficial
• Great customer services skills for when you are on site
• Be able to pass a DBS check
