Job summary

FRONTrunner Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Fixed Wire Electrical Tester to join its client’s team. The role involves carrying out fixed wire tests in commercial properties, with PAT testing and emergency lighting checks for experienced candidates.

Ideal candidates live near Bristol, Bath or Swindon and hold 18th edition, 2391 or equivalent, with AM2/NVQ3 advantageous. DBS clearance is a plus and a van, tools, and travel pay are provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform fixed wire electrical circuit testing in commercial properties
• Conduct PAT testing and emergency lighting tests if experienced

They are recruiting for a fixed wire electrical tester you will be:-

• Doing fixed wire electrical circuit testing in commercial properties
• Also doing some PAT testing and emergency lighting tests if you have the experience
• Covering around the Bristol, Bath Swindon area
• Working in offices, commercial buildings and supermarkets

Skills / experience needed as a Fixed Wire Electrical Tester :-

• Living anywhere in or around the Bristol, Bath or Swindon area would be ideal
• 18th edition needed as well as your electrical 2391 testing certificate or equivalent
• Having your AM2 certificate or NVQ Level 3 equivalent would be very beneficial
• Great customer services skills for when you are on site
• Be able to pass a DBS check
