FRONTrunner Recruitment Ltd is helping a very well respected electrical compliance and testing company recruit a Fixed Wire Electrical Tester. You will perform fixed wire testing in commercial properties across Hull, Harrogate and parts of South Yorkshire, on sites such as offices and supermarkets.

The role requires 18th edition, 2391 testing certificate, AM2 or NVQ Level 3, and strong customer service. A DBS check is essential and a company vehicle with equipment is provided.

My client is a very well respected electrical compliance and testing company that has been established for well over 40 years, they cover all over the UK and can claim a lot of very well known companies and organisations as customers. They pride themselves on their engineers' skills as well as always being one step ahead of the ever changing electrical regulations. They are NICEIC, CHAS, Safe Contractor and BAFE compliant and take their service very seriously to make sure their clients always come back in the future.

Benefits and salary of a Fixed Wire Electrical Tester :

• 38-43k basic salary depending on qualifications and experience
• Bonus scheme for additional fixed wire tests per day for another 10-15k on top

They are recruiting for a fixed wire electrical tester you will be:-

• Doing fixed wire electrical circuit testing in commercial properties
• Covering from Hull to Harrogate and into some south Yorkshire
• Working in offices, commercial buildings and supermarkets

Skills / experience needed as a Fixed Wire Electrical Tester :

• Living anywhere in or around the Hull to Harrogate area or towards south Yorkshire
• 18th edition needed as well as your electrical 2391 testing certificate or equivalent
• Having your AM2 certificate or NVQ Level 3 equivalent would be very beneficial
• Great customer services skills for when you are on site
• Be able to pass a DBS check
