Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Deco area to meet production targets and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Maintain safety standards and housekeeping across the team.
• Investigate defects and coordinate corrective actions with maintenance and engineering.
• Aim to minimise waste and improve process efficiency in the Deco area.
• Coordinate downtime and communicate performance with other team leaders.
• Ensure standardised equipment settings to meet specifications and quality.
