Job summary

LA MAISON JACQUEMUS is seeking a Client Advisor to be an ambassador of the House, offering each client a unique experience aligned with the brand's DNA. You will strive to understand clients' personalities and introduce them to the full product range.

We are looking for at least 2 years in fashion or luxury retail, fluent English, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. 24 hours per week, on site in the UK, with opportunities to engage a global client base.

• At least 2 years of professional sales experience in fashion or luxury.
• Ability to understand and anticipate client needs to provide exceptional service.
• Experience building long-term client relationships and loyalty.

Responsibilities

Jacquemus was founded by Simon Porte Jacquemus in 2009 in Paris, France.

Dedicated to the memory of the designer's late mother, the brand draws inspiration from a passion for culture. The Jacquemus ready-to-wear and accessories collections for men and women reference the French way of life and universal gestures of beauty, encompassing influences from fine art photography to decorative arts, cinema, painting, and sculpture.

YOUR ROLE

As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the House and play a crucial role in offering each client a unique experience in line with the values and commitment of the House. You will strive to discover your clients’ personalities and identify their desires while introducing them to the DNA of the House and its entire product range.

• Show initiative and boldness in suggesting complementary products.
• Contribute to the recruitment and loyalty of our clients by building privileged and lasting relationships with each of them.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of the store.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure the smooth operation of the store: Visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, customer service, stock management.
• Master and adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
• Support the digital evolution of the House.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a high sensitivity to product and fashion.
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in sales and in the fashion or luxury sector, and ideally experience selling luxury handbags.
• You have the ability to understand and go beyond the client’s needs to offer the best possible client experience.
• You have the ability to transition pre-existing client follow while also absorbing existing boutique clients reassigned to them.
• You have a taste for challenges and a desire to collectively achieve set objectives.
• Initiative, a sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy are essential for your success at JACQUEMUS.
• You are fluent in English. Another language would be a plus.
