Job summary

Jacquemus, the Paris-based luxury fashion house, seeks a Senior Client Advisor to embody the House’s values and deliver a unique client experience in our UK store. You will learn each client’s personality and introduce them to the DNA of the House and its full product range.

You have at least 5 years of professional sales experience in fashion or luxury, fluent English, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while meeting store targets through initiative and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional sales experience in fashion or luxury.
• Strong ability to understand and exceed client needs to deliver exceptional experience.
• Experience in building and managing existing boutique client relationships.
• Fluency in English; another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to sales revenue and achieve store targets.
• Welcome and advise clients to provide an exceptional experience.
• Share product expertise with clients.
• Show initiative and suggest complementary products.
• Recruit and build loyalty with clients.
• Maintain the store properly.
• Collaborate with the team for smooth store operations (visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, stock management).
• Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
• Support the digital evolution of the House.
