• Develop experience and skills relevant to a future paediatric consultant career.
• Cover neonatal and paediatric inpatient and acute care on the general paediatrics and neonatal rota.
• Spend time with consultants in general paediatric outpatient clinics.
• Participate in governance activities, such as updating guidelines, audits and quality improvement projects.
• Develop and follow a personalised development plan (PDP).
