Job summary

Lifeways is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to support the Service Manager in overseeing a well-established Supported Living service in Liversedge. The role offers career progression within a supportive organisation that values development and training.

You will lead and motivate a team of Support Workers, deliver person-centred care, and support staff recruitment and development. DBS paid by the company, with opportunities for qualifications and progression.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is required or preferred.
