Job summary

Bickleigh Down Church of England Primary School is hiring a Fixed Term 1:1 Teaching Assistant (SEN) for 27.5 hours per week across 38 weeks per year. Salary is NJC Grade C, SCP 6-7, £26,847- £27,274 FTE.

The successful candidate will support SEN pupils with phonics, early writing, and targeted learning, working as part of a supportive team within a school committed to inclusive education.

Qualifications

• Have high expectations of learning and the ability to adapt provision to meet individual needs.
• Have a good understanding of positive behaviour strategies.
