Proactive Personnel Limited is recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a well-established food manufacturing business in the UK. The role offers fixed shifts with no rotating pattern, focusing on keeping production running smoothly and efficiently.

You will operate and monitor production machinery, perform setting changes, make minor adjustments, assist with basic repairs, complete quality checks and paperwork, and strictly follow food safety and health & safety procedures.

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Carrying out machine setting and changeovers
• Making minor machine adjustments to maintain efficient production
• Assisting with basic mechanical repairs and fault finding where required
