Job summary

LevelUP HCS is seeking a Sales & Client Support Associate to join its Global Markets Operations team in London. This client-facing role supports the Fixed Income Sales desk, coordinating with Sales, Traders and Operations to ensure accurate post-trade processing and regulatory compliance.

You’ll manage trade capture, booking accuracy, and lifecycle events while delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in a Sales Support or Client Support role within Global Markets.
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Income products, particularly Bonds.
• Solid understanding of the post-trade lifecycle, including trade booking, matching, settlement and lifecycle events.
• Experience working with front-office booking systems.
• Previous experience supporting Sales and Trading desks within an investment bank.
• Strong relationship-building skills with front-office stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated operational support to the Fixed Income Sales team.
• Ensure accurate booking and system representation of Global Markets transactions.
• Manage the full post-trade lifecycle from trade capture and pre-matching through to settlement.
• Support regulatory reporting requirements across Global Markets transactions.
• Build strong working relationships with Sales team and Traders.
• Act as a key contact for client transaction and portfolio-related queries, delivering high-quality client service.
