Job summary

Bloomberg seeks a Fixed Income Index Sales Specialist in London to drive adoption of Bloomberg Indices with asset managers, owners, banks and consultants across EMEA. You will build senior relationships, discuss index methodology, and guide product development while navigating negotiations and cross-selling opportunities.

You will engage with clients through the full sales cycle, including terms and contracts, and you will travel extensively to meet prospects.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in a Sales or Product capacity.
Strong client relationships and ability to exceed sales metrics.
Experience selling to the buy-side or financial engineering/structuring.

Responsibilities

Build senior level relationships with top institutional investment firms.
Conduct in-depth discussions regarding Bloomberg index methodology and new product requirements.
Increase client usage and adoption of Bloomberg Indices.
Lead internal and external training sessions and sales pitches.
Work with clients through the sales process including commercial terms and contract execution.
Collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell our suite of solutions.
Provide detailed product feedback from clients to internal managers for product improvement.
Travel extensively to meet clients and prospects.
