Job summary

ICE Data Services, part of Intercontinental Exchange, seeks to appoint an Analyst to evaluate daily fixed income securities using proprietary models and to engage with market participants. The role requires a strong Finance/Economics background, 3+ years in fixed income analytics, and solid communication skills.

You will support credit spread research, maintain market contacts, and contribute to client-facing publications while expanding coverage.

Qualifications

• A good degree in Economics, Finance or a Business related subject.
• 3+ years in an analytical role within Fixed Income.
• Ability to facilitate relationships with market contacts.
• Numerate, analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under stringent time constraints and prioritise workload.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated but able to work in a team.
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Income Markets and capital market fundamentals.
• Understanding of different Bond Structures; Fixed Income Modelling experience.
• European language is an advantage; MS Office and SQL/Python basics are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Daily evaluation of fixed income securities using proprietary models.
• Credit spread and quote research - interaction with market participants, analysis of primary and secondary markets.
• Maintenance of contacts with market participants.
• Interpretation of market information and its use in the evaluation process.
• Daily client query handling.
• Contribute to Market Communications for sales and clients/media.
• Expansion of evaluation coverage through client portfolio additions and market initiatives with tight deadlines.
• Implementation and enhancement of QA/QC measures within the field.
• Research and ongoing specialist knowledge of assigned markets.
• Undertaking ad-hoc research projects as directed.
