Job summary

Shakey's Group is looking for a Fixed Asset Staff to manage the cost accounting of newly acquired assets (tangible and intangible), track existing assets, and record depreciation. You will assist in safeguarding and tracking the company's assets within a corporate finance framework.

Responsibilities include recording fixed asset transactions (PO and Non-PO), preparing documentation for payments, and coordinating asset records with the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate with BSDegree.
• Finance-related course.
• 1–2 years fixed asset staff experience.

Responsibilities

• Record fixed assets transactions (PO and Non-PO).
• Prepare documents prior to endorsing for check payment.
• Record interco-transactions related to Fixed Assets.
• Facilitate receiving fixed assets documents.
• Other ad hoc duties.
