The Montcalm Royal London House is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to support the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining five-star cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces.

This role leads daily operations, allocates tasks, conducts inspections and ensures staff are motivated, well‑trained, and aligned with luxury standards to deliver an exceptional guest journey.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising housekeeping in a luxury hotel.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Familiarity with housekeeping systems and Microsoft Office.
• High attention to detail and commitment to luxury standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring five-star cleanliness.
• Conduct daily room, corridor, and public area inspections and address deficiencies.
• Allocate tasks and monitor workload for efficient staff use.
• Ensure departure rooms are prioritised to support smooth check-ins.
• Oversee grooming, presentation, and professional standards of staff.
• Support training, development and performance reviews of team members.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with Front Office for room moves and special requests.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock control.
• Maintain records of room status and housekeeping activities.
