Qualifications

• 1-2 years serving or hosting experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Passion for and understanding of 5-star hospitality and what it takes to deliver it.
• Empathetic with a talent for building rapport and reading guests' interaction level.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalised service reflecting Forbes Five-Star standards.
• Welcome guests confidently and build natural rapport.
• Guide guests through the F&B offering with enthusiasm and expertise.
• Take reservations accurately and capture guest preferences.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
