Job summary

Precision People is seeking a Fitters Mate in Leicester, LE3, to join a busy manufacturing environment on a temp-to-perm basis. The role involves assisting a ductwork technician, performing ducting and cutting tasks, and keeping stock up to date, while maintaining high production standards.

The ideal candidate will read basic engineering drawings, have a mechanical mindset, and demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and strong teamwork to support the ongoing build schedule and quality

• Previous Labouring experience.

Day shift – Monday – Thursday 07.30 – 16.00 / Friday 07.30 – 15.00

We are looking for an experienced general labourer / jnr installations engineer to join a busy manufacturing business in Leicester, LE3. This is a temp to perm opportunity with steady hours, premium overtime, and the chance to join a growing team.
