Fitter/Mechanic - Cheam - X1 Job Available

A Fitter/Mechanic is needed to work for one of the UK's leading landscape/grounds maintenance companies.

Job Duties:

1. Maintain our clients' grounds maintenance equipment.

Hours: Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (specific hours to be confirmed during the interview).

Salary: £28K to £32.5K depending on experience.

Requirements:

1. A valid driving license is essential.
2. Experience maintaining grounds maintenance equipment.
3. Desirable: Previous experience in a Grounds Maintenance setting, working on machinery such as:

• Two-stroke machines: Strimmers, Blowers, and Hedge cutters.
• Pedestrian machinery: Walk-behind lawn mowers, Powered weed brushes, and Ride-on lawn mowers.
• Ride-on equipment: John Deere OutFront mowers, Compact tractors, and Tractor implements.

Good knowledge of fault finding and diagnostics is required, along with the ability to work on your own initiative. Basic computer skills and communication skills are necessary to liaise with suppliers.
