Join E3 Recruitment as a permanent Fitter in our modern workshop in the automotive sector. This Monday–Friday role offers an early finish on Fridays, a starting salary between £26,500 and £30,000, and OT paid at 150%. You'll train to develop your skills on specialist projects and benefit from regular pay reviews.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with welding, metalworking or carpentry, can read technical drawings and work accurately with measuring tools and power tools.

An exciting Fitter opportunity has arisen to join an established and expanding company with a strong pipeline of work. This is a permanent Fitter position offering Monday-to-Friday working hours, with an early finish on Fridays and no shift work. You will receive training to develop your skills, working on specialist projects within the automotive industry.

The ideal candidate for the Fitter role will have previous experience in a practical, hands-on position, such as welding, metalworking, window fabrication, joinery, assembly fitting, cabinet making or carpentry. Applicants with experience using hand and power tools, taking precise measurements and interpreting technical drawings are also encouraged to apply.
