Nuffield Health is seeking a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager to lead and develop our gym team. You will report to the Programme Director, manage staff, and shape class timetables and programming across studio and personal training services.

You will bring REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level qualifications, studio experience, and a track record of driving PT revenue while designing effective group and individual fitness programmes.

Formación

• Proven ability to lead and develop a fitness team.
• Experience in managing performance and driving outcomes.
• Strong coaching and mentoring aptitude.

Responsabilidades

• Report to Programme Director and line manage the fitness team.
• Organise and implement class timetables.
• Oversee fitness programming from studio classes to personal training.
• Continually improve site standards and drive team performance.
• Drive, develop and support the team to achieve sales and KPI goals.
