Job summary

Nuffield Health in Sheffield is seeking a Fitness and Wellbeing Manager to lead our gym team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role combines management, governance and commercial responsibility, including driving PT revenue and delivering effective fitness programmes for groups and individuals.

You’ll report to the Programme Director, organise class timetables and develop high standards across the site while supporting your team to achieve ambitious sales and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Experience as a personal or fitness trainer with team management experience.
• Qualified to REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level, with studio experience.
• Proven track record of driving PT revenue and designing fitness programmes.

Responsibilities

• As a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager, you will take on a commercial role spanning management, governance and sales of major services.
• Report to the Programme Director and line manage the fitness team.
• Be responsible for organising and implementing class timetables.
• Oversee fitness programming, from studio classes to personal training.
• Continually improve site standards and develop ways to drive team performance.
• Drive, develop and support your team to achieve ambitious sales and KPI goals.
