Job summary

Nuffield Health Croydon Central FWC is seeking a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager to lead a team within our 24-hour-per-week operation. You’ll bring a background as a personal or fitness trainer, with REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner qualification, to drive group and individual programmes while growing PT revenue.

You will manage the fitness team, organise class timetables, and oversee our studio classes to personal training offerings, ensuring high standards and strong performance across KPIs.

Qualifications

• Qualified to REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner, with studio experience.
• Proven ability to drive PT revenue and design fitness programmes for groups and individuals.
• Experience managing a team and improving performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead fitness and wellbeing programs and manage major services.
• Report to Programme Director and line-manage the fitness team.
• Organise and implement class timetables.
• Oversee fitness programming from studio classes to personal training.
• Drive team performance to meet ambitious sales and KPI goals.
• Promote member wellbeing and uphold service standards.

As a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager at our gym, you’ve previously worked as a personal or fitness trainer with experience of managing a small or large team. You’re qualified to REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level and you bring studio experience. You also have a track record of driving PT revenue as well as designing effective fitness programmes for groups and individuals.

As a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager, you will:

• Take on a commercial role that spans management, governance and sales of major services.
• Report to the Programme Director and line manage the fitness team.
• Be responsible for organising and implementing our class timetables.
• Oversee our fitness programming, from studio classes to personal training.
• Continually improve site standards and develop ways to drive team performance.
• Drive, develop and support your team to achieve ambitious sales and KPI goals.
