David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Group Exercise Supervisor to lead the Blaze timetable and boutique studio sessions. You will manage classes, support event programming, and contribute to a strong member experience at our premium clubs in the UK.

The role requires CIMSPA Level 3 and at least 1 year of group exercise teaching, with a passion for helping members achieve their health goals. You’ll work closely with departments and the MYZONE community to ensure high standards and safe practices.

Qualifications

• Must hold CIMSPA Level 3 qualification.
• Minimum 1 year experience teaching group exercise classes.
• Passion for health, fitness and member motivation.

Responsabilités

• Lead Blaze group exercise classes and support scheduling.
• Collaborate with departments to align with Programming Excellence.
• Engage and support MYZONE community and health & safety checks.

BLAZE is one of David Lloyd Clubs six signature classes and renowned for being one of the most effective Boutique Studio experiences in the UK.

As Blaze Supervisor, you will work closely with other departments to ensure the Blaze timetable and social events are managed in line with Programming Excellence principles. Alongside managing the MYZONE community, system and club reports such as H&S and compliance checks.

About you

• Please be aware, you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role

• Minimum 1 year experience teaching group exercise classes

• You will have a passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals.

• Have overall great communication and interaction skills

• Be self-driven with a positive outlook

• Have a passion about customer service.
