Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure in the United Kingdom is seeking a Group Exercise Supervisor to lead our BLAZE signature class. You will manage the timetable, support instructors, and uphold the highest standards of health, safety and member experience across all sessions.

The role requires CIMSPA Level 3 certification and at least one year of group exercise teaching. You should be collaborative, communicative, and passionate about health and fitness, with a strong customer-service ethos.

Qualifications

• Minimum CIMSPA Level 3 certification required.
• At least 1 year of experience teaching group exercise classes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for health & fitness and member inspiration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Blaze timetable and social events, aligning with Programming Excellence principles.
• Oversee the MYZONE community and manage club reports, including Health & Safety and compliance checks.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure sessions run smoothly and safely.
• Provide outstanding instruction and support to members to help them achieve goals.
• Collaborate to maintain high standards of customer service and club experience.

Your RoleIn this exciting position, you will:

• Collaborate with various departments to manage the Blaze timetable and social events, ensuring they align with our Programming Excellence principles.
• Oversee the MYZONE community and manage club reports, including Health & Safety and compliance checks.
• Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA certification is required to apply.
