Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Bristol Emersons Green is seeking a Group Exercise Supervisor for its BLAZE program. You will lead group exercise classes, manage the timetable and social events, and support member goals with a focus on health and fitness excellence.

The role requires a CIMSPA Level 3 certification, at least 1 year teaching experience, and outstanding communication and customer service skills. You will contribute to a welcoming, inclusive club culture and professional development

Qualifications

• Has minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply.
• Minimum 1 year experience teaching group exercise classes.
• Passionate about health and fitness and able to inspire members to achieve goals.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Customer service passion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the BLAZE timetable and social events in line with Programming Excellence principles.
• Oversee MYZONE community, system and club reports (e.g., H&S and compliance checks).
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Maintain an engaging and inclusive class environment.

As Blaze Supervisor, you will work closely with other departments to ensure the Blaze timetable and social events are managed in line with Programming Excellence principles. Alongside managing the MYZONE community, system and club reports such as H&S and compliance checks.

About you:

As a BLAZE Instructor:

• Please be aware , you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role
• Minimum 1 year experience teaching group exercise classes
• You will have a passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals.
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills
• Be self-driven with a positive outlook
• Have a passion about customer service.
