Job summary

Healthhaus Ltd in Jersey is seeking an experienced Fitness Supervisor to lead and manage our fitness offering, including the Milon suite, and to collaborate with the Medical Referral Manager on our expanding programme.

You will support the growth and performance of the fitness team, identify opportunities to enhance member experience, and deliver an exceptional level of customer service to Members and guests, in a busy spa environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ relevant fitness industry experience.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Pro‑active, forward‑thinking with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

As Fitness Supervisor, you’ll oversee our complete fitness offering, including our exclusive Milon suite, and work alongside our Medical Referral Manager to deliver our expanding Medical Referral programme.

In this role, you’ll support the growth and performance of our fitness team, identify opportunities to improve member experience and deliver an exceptional level of customer service.

Essential Experience, Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 3 years’ relevant fitness industry experience
• Confident communication and people management skills
• A pro‑active, forward‑thinking approach and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
• Excellent organisational skills and a positive attitude
• Strong IT literacy including professional fitness software, Microsoft and Google Workspace
