Job summary

Healthhaus is seeking an experienced fitness professional to step into a leadership role overseeing our fitness offering, including the MILON suite, and to collaborate with the Medical Referral Manager to support our Medical Referral programme.

You will lead and develop the fitness team, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure outstanding member service and experience across all facilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' fitness industry experience is required.
• Level 3 Exercise Referral qualification is essential.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills are required.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the fitness offering, including the MILON suite.
• Lead and develop the fitness team and drive exceptional member experience.
